Activities In The Scottish Highlands

We have listed below all the activities we can organise for groups, if you would like to do an activity that is not listed below let us know and we will work our little socks. off to find it. If you want help or suggestions check out our packages page for ideas.


    Daytime

Daytime

    White Water Rafting

This is definetly a must on your visit to the highlands of Scotland. A great activity that not only pushes adrenalin levels to the utmost but gets you wet in the process. What a great activity to experience with all your closest friends splashing down a river on a raft. This take your dingy from when you were young and gives it steroids. What about doing white water rafting in the morning and then an afternoon of Cliff Jumping and Cannoying The activity last for 2 hours dependent on the group size with each raft holding 8 but for this activity there is no minim of maximum. This is an activity for both male and female groups. this activity has a weight restriction of 16 stone and a minimum age restriction of 14 years old. You will need a swimming costume, a towel, a long sleeved sweatshirt or jumper (that will get wet) and a sense of humor. We will provide you with a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, cagoul, buoyancy aid, and helmet.

    Canyoning

Let an experience guide take you on the ride of your life. Through cannoys burns up and down rock faces jumping of cliffs this experience encounters all of that. Plunge pools and natural rock flumes will lead you through one of Scotland's most exciting areas. You are going to get wet and make sure that you can swim for this activity. All you need to bring are a swimming costume, a towel, a long sleeved sweatshirt, the rest is provided by the supplier. Definetly a great activity to combine with rafting.

    Cliff Jumping

Now this is for the really adrenalin junkies out there. Starting off with easy jumps on which you can work on your tecnique of jumping and more importantly landing and then build it up to the really big boys. The activity is designed to test your own tolerance and also to pudh that adrenalin level to the max. This is definetly one you will be talking about for a few months if not years after the day. You will need a swimming costume, a towel, a long sleeved sweatshirt or jumper (that will get wet) and a sense of humor. We will provide you with a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, cagoul, buoyancy aid, and helmet.

    Paintballing in the Scotland

Go back to the basics of survival and you are getting into the mood for this paintball site. Developed over 7 great games in a wood land scenario, this is a great site. The site itself is designed not just to accommodate you paintballing but also a great area to have your lunch and get yourself ready for the next onslaught. All safety equipment is provided you just make sure you have enough balls as it is always that point when you run out that some one shoots you close range right on the arse.

    Quad biking in the Scotland

Take on the extremes of the Scottish country side on a vehicle that can challenge and beat it. With this activity you can get up 20 people on the quads at one time it is a great chance for your party to experience a motor sport all together. After a short while of training on the quads you are taken up the hill side on a highland adventure in which you can test your driving experience. Great photo opp when you are on the top of the hill is just on of the many bonuses of this great day out. This can be combined with any activity but Clays or Archery activities are performed at the same site.

    4X4 Off Road Driving

Take the controls of this powerful 4x4 and lets see if you can drive ( don't worry if you can't we have instructors) Drive through highlands with an experienced and instructor and test yourself against what Scotland can offer you. develop your confidence of driving but please don't try this on the school run.

    Sphereing

Take the plunge and grab a friend college or family member strap yourself inside this inflatable ball and get ready for the experience of your life. The uncontrollable rolls and increase in speed will leave you with one thought, "wow " You get two rolls for the price and don't think of hamsters. You will be fully briefed and then the instructor will hurle you down one of Perthshire's most beautiful hills, shame you will not be able to see anything.

    Mini Scotland Games

While in Scotland do what the Scottish do. This is a great activity for a large group to experience the real Scottish highland games with caber throwing and other such events. Prises of whiskey for the winner will get you merrily on your way for the night time events arranged. There is some thing for everyone in this activity and the reports back have been exceptional

    Scotland Safari

Breathtaking views and scenery steeped in historical and wildlife in abundance this is the perfect opportunity to really appreciate your surrounds. Equipment is available in every land rover including binoculars and wildlife identification sheets. Take a break from the onslaught of alcohol that is hitting the system and have a nice day out to appreciate the Scottish surrounds and the place to which for this weekend you will find your home. Animals such as red deer golden eagle and mountain hare should expect to be seen.

    Rage Buggies

Descriptions in the past are "Go-Karts on steroids" The best laxative i have had" and "the ultimate" The most popular of all activities, the ultimate in motor sport adventure in Scotland. No one has a better track and circuit than us. The resurgence to drive as fast as you can is ever more apparent considering you are surround in a huge cast iron cage and strapped into the racing seat so the phrase "no fear " definetly pops into your head when you are on that starting line. Give them a go as you will be talking about these until the next tie you get the opportunity to try them out again.
