raftingAberfeldy was our first choice for a stag weekends a few years ago, but many of the hotels and accommodation providers do not accept stag groups. So instead we would suggest Pitlochry or Aviemore as better stag destinations in the Scottish Highlands. Both these towns have train stations making them more accessible. However if you have your heart set on Aberfeldy for your stag party don't fear we can still get you accommodation.

Edinburgh Airport has many regular cheap flights in and out for most of the week. To really take advantage of the cheap fares, book early and try not to go on the most popular times. Here are a few airlines that fly to Edinburgh Easy Jet and Flybe

GNER and Virgin Trains both provide a regular service from all over the UK.

Aberfeldy Daytime Stag Activities

paintball-7I think Aberfeldy is by far the best location for an adventure weekend with out having to travel for hours to far off locations. With it just being an hour and 30 mins from Edinburgh so you can fly up and then make your way up there so you are set up and ready for the Friday night on the pop.

The little town itself is a breath of fresh air with its small business and surprisingly large number of pubs and restaurants to get your teeth into. So whether you and the group want to grab some great food and a few pints or even drunk till last standing you will find it all here. What Aberfeldy is the best for is activities with Rafting Quad Biking Mini highland games clay pigeon shooting Zorbing Paintballing 4x4 and many many more. All at a great price and great to double up. Cannoying, cliff jumping 1 hr 30 mins from Edinburgh you could not ask for more for a fantastic stag weekend.

Aberfeldy has a large number of restaurants that are very happy to accommodate groups of both stag and hens with the best being a very good Indian at one end of town very close to the accommodation we have.

Also very close to Aberfeldy is Perth if you want something a little bit more lively and we can arrange transport for you to get in and out.
